The most common question we hear is, “Do we need a big transformation?” In most firms, the answer is no. You need a foundation that is robust enough to trust, but modular enough to start small and scale. A pragmatic architecture has three layers.

Data

A unified, governed data layer. Bring finance, HR, and project data together with shared definitions so everyone sees the same truth. If your estate includes SAP systems, SAP Datasphere provides a business data fabric that connects SAP and non‑SAP sources, supports semantic modeling, and lets you expose governed data products across the enterprise. Analytics / Planning
